As an editorial consultant, Margaret is part of a team developing a new line of custom and Quest travel guides for GeoNova (formerly MapQuest Publishing). These hybrid atlas/guidebooks are sold on newsstands across the country. These include BargainQuest, a guide to 1,465 flea markets in the U.S.
Margaret was editor of the 2006 edition of Chicago SHOPS, Chicago magazine's annual bible to the city's best shopping.
Her look at the best of Chicago's art and architecture appears in Dorling Kindersley's 2007 Realcity Chicago guidebook.
Bored in the Windy City? There's no excuse. Margaret writes the weekly 10 Things to Do This Weekend column for Crain's Chicago Business' Web site. Her What To Do column can be found in the weekly print edition.
As a contributing editor for Chain Leader magazine, Margaret writes the monthly Storyboard coverage of breaking advertising campaigns as well as business features on restaurant companies.
