For the better part of the 1900s, a regular pastime for kids and their parents was to head to the neighborhood drugstore for an egg cream, phosphate soda, or milkshake. Sarah and Jeremy Felker are doing their part to ensure that quaint experience continues for the next generation.
Six days a week, the Felkers open the historic soda fountain in their pharmacy, Thomas Drugs, in Cross Plains, Tennessee, making burgers, sandwiches, banana splits, and salted lemonade.
